I tend to get better results with peeler in the spring or early summer, rag in certain areas such as estuaries is good and in the late summer / autumn on the classic storm beaches generally lug is better in the NW / Wales

Do you think pealer crab are better for bass than rag i never catch bass on rag onliny breme or mackrel. And where would i find some pealer crab thanks

You look like you had a good time and that’s all that matters, one of our mottos is Carpe Diem – seize the day.
The last time I was on Anglesey must have been around 1980, always intended going back and if all our future plans go according to plan we will be living nearby, we may even tackle the coastal footpath of course at our leisure.
