What a great job the team at Autumn Watch have done this year. Truly brilliant TV that entertained and informed, giving us insights into the flora a fauna of the UK during Autumn with the right amount of geekiness thrown in for good measure.

Good presenters with the ability to explain stuff as well as be humorous backed up with an amazing research team and some breathtaking film work. This type of programme is what makes the BBC worth while and I for one cannot wait for the Christmas special and next years Spring Watch.

CONGRATULATIONS,a big fan from belgium.keep up the good work for the animals.

  3. I was just wondering if you had taken any ‘snowy’ pictures around the marshes/ Douglas during the current cold-spell ?

To be honest, I’m not even sure if there was snow on the ground in the past few days, but it would be lovely to see a few pics if this was the case !

Thanks again for your efforts and I’ll take this opportunity to wish Wendy and your good-self a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Prsperous New Year.

  4. Hi Andy

I’ve not been for a walk down the ‘Dougie’ as I only get home from work at about 6:30 :( and last weekend was christmas shopping weekend – joy. I’m going to try and get down there this weekend though as the frosty morning are spectacular at the moment.

We’ve not had much snow in lowland Lancashire but it’s been damn cold – and still is.
